XL-2 Twist Tie Machine

For those applications requiring 3/4" up to 2" bundle tying, the XL-2 is very fast and efficient.  Tie length may be adjusted from 4" up to 9 ½" for the different bundles.

For applications above 2", try using a 4" label protection tape dispenser with 3/8" strapping tape sticky side up.  By placing your product on the "shelf", pulling the leading edge of the tape onto your product, the operator simply pulls the tape and product beyond the blade until enough tape material is dispensed to finish wrapping around the product.  Cut tape on blade and wrap around.  A very simple solution for larger applications.
