Plas-Ties Mark XV Model 603

The portable, efficient Tie-Matic increases productivity while eliminating employee complaints and fatigue by working five times faster than tedious hand tying.  A wide choice of industrial semi-automated models are available.  

The Plas-ties machines use either a 24 or a 27 gauge wire twist tie to close a poly bag with 2 1/2 twists.  Twist tying material is available in a paper/paper, paper/plastic or a plastic/plastic version.

The 603 handles up to 3/8" found in most bakeries and areas where smaller bags need to be sealed, the 605 handles up to 5/8" for larger bags, and the 608 is a 1" capacity machine found in very large bag sealing, wire binding type areas.  Semi automatic speeds of up to 45 ties per minute are achieved.  

Optional stand and MagiCoder available.  The MagiCoder will apply a small message such as an expiration date to the ribbon.
