Unplug machine from power source.  Remove Access Hole Cover E575.  With the LN-25 hex screw driver, loosen the Cap Screw FF90 that holds the Bumper Cup Arm to the Measuring Wheel.
Hold Bumper Cup Arm against the bumper plate and move Cap Screw and Measuring Wheel in clockwise direction to shorten, counter clockwise to lengthen.  Retighten Cap Screw to secure.
